Our History
In 1995 I found myself working the front desk at a small boutique medical sales recruiting firm while attending college for a Finance Degree.  Daily I would ask the senior recruiter’s question after question about how they operate, find candidates, and find clients.  Soon enough I was referring companies to the senior recruiters about hiring needs.  After about 6 months the owner asked me to become an associate recruiter and find talent for his clients.  Soon enough I was developing my own clients and filling positions across the United States.  To this day the best part of my job is connecting top talent with great companies and furthering peoples’ careers.

Through the last 28 years I have made the recruiting process so seamless that our average time to fill a job is under 3 weeks.  I still learn new things every day and see new things every day, but I try to keep the process seamless for both my clients and candidates.

A couple things we do differently here at Premier Search Inc. that other recruiters do not do:

  • We recruit! We do not just post openings on our LinkedIn page and hope for the talent to reply.  We do NOT post our current openings, instead we use multiple resources to RECRUIT the top talent.  Almost all the candidates we place are passive, meaning they are not actively looking to switch jobs.  We find the top talent that our client needs, present the opportunity and help the candidates to make the best career decision.
  • We spend minimal time prepping candidates for interviews. It’s up to the candidate to land the job, not for us to spend hours telling the candidates how to answer difficult questions.  If a candidate asks for our advice on specific questions, we will most definitely help them out, but we want the candidate to enter the interview process as themselves and be who they are so my clients get what they are looking for versus someone who is good in interviews but cannot do the job.
  • We also choose our clients very carefully. We align ourselves with the top manufacturers and the top start-up companies with the most upside potential so that our candidates can put themselves in a position for ultra success.
