I have been in the dental industry for over 22 years.  I started my career as a teacher and head coach over a 5-year period in Oklahoma and Texas.  I then worked as a field representative in the office machine industry for 3 and a half years before moving on to work at Dentsply Sirona.  I worked 2 years in the field at Dentsply in the Restorative Division before moving on to management positions at Dentsply Sirona.  My last 12 years at Dentsply Sirona was managing the Orthodontic Division as Director of Sales.   Dentsply Sirona utilized my entrepreneurial skills to take catalog/start-up companies into the Dentsply fold.  In my 12 years of running the Orthodontic Division we launched many top brands to exceptional growth.  

• SureSmile: We were able to launch SureSmile Aligners from zero to over 150 million in growth over a 2-year period during my tenure.  During that timeframe we hired hundreds of Field Sales Representatives, Inside Sales Representatives, Trainers, DSO Managers, Business Development Managers, and Clinical Implementation Specialists.
• Raintree-Essix: A catalog company before Dentsply purchased them.  We grew Raintree succusfully by over 50 million dollars during a 10-year period.
• Glenroe: A private label company we purchased that was making orthodontic injection molded devices.  We grew Glenroe 10 million dollars+ over a 10-year period.

  I believe my experience managing for the largest dental manufacturer and taking start-ups from zero to exceptional growth gives me a unique perspective when working with the clients we have at Premier Search.  I have managed:
